Leicester Clinical Skills was founded by a group of students who have recently completed their final year at Leicester medical school. Over the past year we have been developing some recorded clinical skills under the guidance of Dr Nisha Kumar. This has been to help with both the education of medical students and staff in Leicester, as well as making the videos available to the wider medical community by publishing them on YouTube and other well known websites.
The main aim from the start was to make professional and reliable medical resources that are easily accessible, whilst comprehensive in content. Another aim was to show people the quality that can come out of student led projects with no funding and encourage others to produce resources themselves.
We would like to thank all who have supported this and continue to support us. The Leicester Clinical Skills unit and University of Leicester AVS department have both been fundamental in supplying us with equipment and time and for this we are extremely grateful.
We hope you enjoy using the resources. Please share with your friends to spread the word and if you have any questions then feel free to contact us.
